Great Thai food in Oklahoma city! Good size portions and the yellow curry is one of my favorites. The owners are really nice and always remember you. Awesome service. Great for takeout too! They no longer do the buffet, but your orders come out really fast.

The food here is great. The owner is a man who strangely reminds me of the Donger from Sixteen Candles, and who will remember you and provide friendly service . Its never very busy, even at lunch, and he offers a buffet of basics. My favorite dish on the menu is the larb or the hello cashew, and you can pick your spice level via a star system. The sushi isn't bad either, try the American Dream roll, Also the thai tea is awsome.

The buffet was a bit dissapointing. The food was ok but not a lot out. Will definitely be going for the menu next time.

As other reviewers have posted don't be deterred by the outside or the Moon Thai Restaurant. This place is a jewel. Great food, wonderful owner/waiter/host, great portions. The food came out quickly and was prepared perfectly. I had the Drunken noodles and my wife had the veggie pad Thai. Both highly recommended. We can't figure out why this place isn't packed.

This place is deceiving from the outside. I wasn't expecting much when I saw it and even less when I saw the inside. However, the food here is amazing! I ordered the Hello Cashew stir fry with medium spice. The dish was lacking the usual vegetables (served only with chicken, carrots, onions, bell peppers, and cashews), but made up for it in the sauce. Definitely the most flavorful cashew stir fry I've had. The service was very good, and my only complaint was that soft drinks are served by the can.

Came in for lunch with my wife trying to find a great Thai restaurant. They had a really good soup that I can't remember the name of. It was a chili lime broth with shrimp, bell pepper, onion, and tomato quarters. After that I had the larb, and that is where the stars went down. I am trying to find larb that matches what I had in San Diego. The meat was not ground and it caught me off guard when it came out cold. The flavor was good, but I would not order it again. I will try somewhere else next time.

The best thai I've had. Everything was hand made. And I can't wait to go back! The owner was great. We talked for a long time and they have great beers! I can't say enough good stuff about this place. Parking sucks a wee bit but if you can maneuver the parking lot get your butt in there and order some pad thai!

Food is always great and the man who runs it is super friendly. They have the best sushi for a small little resturant. Little pricey when you order a few things, but totally worth it. They have a buffet sign out front, but I have personally never caught it open. I bet it would be really good if he did it more often.

Although the sign says that there was a lunch time buffet, when we got there they said that the warmer was burnt out and there was no buffet. We left and went to Thai house 2 for the tried-and-true best buffet in Oklahoma City

I had my usual lunch Thai dish, yellow curry with Tofu. It was very good and well spiced. The size of the lunch dish was just right. I would have only changed the dish by adding broccoli, something that may not be the "norm" for OKC Thai food. Be reading other comments, the gentleman that served me was the owner. He is a very nice man. I would return to try other dishes if in the area again.

Try the Green Papaya Salad -- it's incredible. I always get the vegetarian green curry with tofu -- as spicy as it gets. Avoid the buffet and order à la carte -- trust me on this. (The buffet is about as mediocre as they come.) Exceptionally friendly owners.

decent thai food. the place is a little spartan but the family running the place was very friendly i had the egg rolls for an appetizer they were very good! they used plenty of carrot in the filling which gave it a nice comforting flavor. i had the pad see ew. it was little different than what i'm used to the noodle were really thick and chewy, and they weren't seared i didn't have much of a problem with it but there was no broccoli in it! i have never had pad see ew with just onions. but overall, if i lived in oklahoma, this would be an option for nice lunch or easy dinner out spot. 3.5 rounds to 4

This is one of my favorite Thai spots. It's not the best but the prices, menu selection, and the ability to get sushi with my Thai is a pretty sweet deal. The owner is very kind and friendly. The food is consistently pretty good. The massaman curry is my favorite because it has avacados in it. The chicken satay is flavorful but Sala Thai does it better. In short, this is one of the better Thai establishments in okc.

Maybe it was because I got here right before closing, but the food wasn't terrific. The guy who runs the place was really friendly, and I watched one of those behind the scenes shows on magicians with his kids. I'm still searching for a good Thai place in OKC.
